We conducted an in-depth proprietary digital listening and ROUTE-TO-SEARCH™ analysis, developed the digital strategy for the entire brand portfolio based on our learnings, and wrapped this with the digital procedures and support systems required.
We were tasked with building all internal digital processes, the development of a full digital strategy, the launch and maintenance of Sandoz’ entire Russian digital presence, and ensuring its brand websites became major sources of traffic in their categories.
It was a huge success. We reached more than six million patients through the brand websites in the first year, with more than 80% of that traffic achieved through search.
