With the help of our game designers – and the latest advances in high-speed mobile Internet provided by MegaFon’s own network – we gave young people the opportunity to get up-to-date knowledge on subjects of interest to them through a chatbot – in real time, anytime and anywhere.
We developed chatbots for Telegram and VKontakte with interactive content that was presented as videos, cards, podcasts and tests.
The result was a significant increase in product knowledge and consideration rates among young people – and most importantly an increase in the proportion of young people choosing MegaFon as the ‘number 1 operator’ – as well as improvements in brand image indicators.
